Orée
Overview
ORÉE is a multi-stakeholder association founded in 1992. For over 30 years, it has brought together and supported a network of committed actors to promote and implement environmental initiatives serving local areas. Today, ORÉE unites, supports, and equips a network of over 200 members, including businesses, local authorities, professional and environmental associations, academic and institutional bodies.
The association’s work focuses on three key priorities:
-
Biodiversity and the economy – exploring how biodiversity can be integrated into organisational strategies
-
Circular economy – covering approaches centred on products/services/equipment (functional economy, eco-design), sectors (recycling/recovery), and territories (industrial and territorial ecology)
-
CSR/ESG reporting – aligned with French and European regulations on non-financial reporting
