Study on jobs and skills in micro and small eco-activity companies (TPE-PME)
In 2020, a national study was conducted on employment and skills in small and medium-sized eco-activity companies as part of a commitment to develop employment and skills (EDEC) and the Skills Investment Plan (PIC), signed between PEXE and the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Integration, in partnership with the Ministry of Ecological Transition and ADEME.
The first phase of the project led by PEXE focused on a survey targeted at eco-activity SMEs to better understand their HR management and to precisely identify their employment and skills needs.
Following this survey, a platform was created to continue the momentum generated among these stakeholders. It notably contains the key figures and findings from the survey, the presentation of stakeholders, key programs and tools for the skills development of business leaders on HR aspects, as well as information for local authorities engaged in ecological transition and in developing jobs in eco-activities in their territories.
