Moreover, they are increasingly receptive to the idea of using the transition as a lever for the development of eco-companies and the creation of green jobs in the region.

The environmental/energy needs of the territories are immense. Île-de-France, one of the leading regional economic powers in Europe, alone concentrates a significant portion of the environmental challenges France must address. These needs related to transition challenges are further amplified by major projects, from the Olympic Games to the Grand Paris construction sites. After several years of trial and error, the territories, in addition to their determination, are beginning to mature in precisely identifying their needs.
