As part of its growth strategy, an innovative company and member of the AXELERA network is launching a call for solutions to identify a contract manufacturer capable of supporting the production of technical resins in response to growing market demand.
🎯 Project Objective
The company aims to outsource part of its production and is seeking an industrial partner able to:
- Industrialize and produce its resins according to a defined specification,
- Deliver to clients across Europe,
- Integrate into a strict system of traceability, logistics, and planning.
This call for solutions is intended to assess the interest and capabilities of potential partners before launching a formal request for proposals.
🧪 Technical Specifications
Production Volume
- Target: Up to 500 tonnes per month
- Ramp-up timeline to be confirmed by end of May 2025
Raw Materials
- Specific monomers provided by the client
- Other components to be sourced by the manufacturer
Manufacturing Process
- Condensation reaction in aqueous base
- Handling of liquid and solid materials
- Use of stainless steel reactors (1 to 20 m³)
- Operating temperature: 20°C to 80°C
- Cooling capacity: 1°C/min from 80°C to 35°C
- Mixing adapted to rheo-fluidifying products
Quality Control
- Required analyses: pH, viscosity, solids content
🧭 Industrial and Logistics Organization
- Management of safety stock (raw materials and finished products)
- Rolling 3-month production planning
- Full batch traceability
- Delivery in IBCs or tanker trucks across Europe
- Handling of customs formalities
