Call for Projects: Innov’Up Leader – France 2030 Île-de-France

SMEs and mid-sized companies in Île-de-France, do you have an ambitious innovation project? The Innov’Up Leader – France 2030 Île-de-France program, operated by Bpifrance, is made for you!
Benefit from public funding between €100,000 and €500,000 to accelerate the development of your breakthrough innovation, gaining national and even international visibility.
🔍 Objective of the call for projects
Jointly supported by the State (through France 2030) and the Île-de-France Region, this program aims to foster the emergence of future industrial and technological leaders in the region by supporting the most innovative and strategic projects.
A total budget of €82 million is allocated for the 2021–2025 period.
📅 Important dates
Two application periods are planned for 2025:
- Opening: April 7, 2025
- Deadline: July 4, 2025, 5:00 PM
💡 Eligible projects
- Individual projects (led by a single company)
- Expenses over €150,000
- Public funding requested between €75,000 and €500,000
- All types of innovation qualify, including non-technological innovations
🎯 Priority sectors
Projects should align with the strategic axes of the Impact 2028 strategy or France 2030 national priorities, especially:
🌱 Eco-construction, sustainable and smart cities
⚡ Green energy, hydrogen, decarbonization
🚗 Sustainable mobility, aeronautics, defense
🤖 Industry of the future, robotics, additive manufacturing
💻 Digital, AI, cybersecurity, quantum computing, big data
🧬 Health, biotechnologies, silver economy
🌾 Agriculture, agri-food, forestry
🏞️ Tourism, sports, leisure
Special focus on:
- Technologies for the industry of the future
- Quantum & artificial intelligence
- Cybersecurity
- Hydrogen & industrial decarbonization
- Bioproduction & biotherapies

- Level of innovation and project differentiation
- Credibility of the development plan
- Relevance of the expenditures
- Expected impact on growth and competitiveness
Projects will be evaluated by Bpifrance. The regional selection committee, composed of State and Regional representatives, may interview candidates or consult external experts.
