CircoLab
Overview
CircoLab is a community of real estate stakeholders committed to developing the circular economy, particularly through the reuse of materials, in the property sector. They are convinced that the circular economy is the economy of the future, providing solutions to many of the environmental and social challenges we currently face.
This requires:
-
A proactive approach to questioning traditional practices
-
A collaborative approach to facilitate the flow of materials
-
The use of collective intelligence to co-create new approaches
The Mission
1. Commitment
The CircoLab association has set itself the following objectives: to renovate in order to reduce the consumption of raw materials at the source; to repair to extend the lifespan of products; to reuse items in suitable condition; to repurpose materials and products at the end of their life after reconditioning; and to recycle waste to replenish raw material resources.
2. Mobilise & Unite
CircoLab aims to build a community of committed stakeholders within the property sector (developers, project managers, contractors, manufacturers, recyclers, etc.) in support of the circular economy. The goal is to foster cooperation, contribute to the upskilling of participants, stimulate innovation, and lead the sector forward.
3. Equip
To support the growth of the circular economy, CircoLab develops tools for its members: methodological guides, best practice sharing, project management tools, project monitoring indicators, digital tools, and presentations of innovative solutions.
