Eco-SMEs are at the heart of the ecological and energy transition, as well as the digital transformation, which bring significant technical and technological changes, impacting professions and requiring industry leaders to anticipate these shifts.
The leaders of companies in this sector are mainly engineers by training, often distant from human resources and management topics. According to a study conducted by PEXE with DIRECCTE IDF and ADEME IDF in 2018, on the HR and management needs of eco-SME leaders: 90% of eco-SME leaders in the Île-de-France region have never taken in-depth training on these subjects, and 62% have not implemented a training plan within their company.
Requested by many industry leaders, especially as part of the survey conducted in Île-de-France, PEXE has created, with the support of DIRECCTE IDF and ADEME, this practical sheet intended for eco-SME leaders to provide them with tools to approach the topic of training without apprehension.
