PEXE conducts studies on employment and skills challenges to better understand the needs of businesses. The association then responds to these needs with concrete actions. Indeed, human resources have been identified in these studies as one of the main barriers to development.
Workshops on Employment and Skills in Green Transition SMEs in Île-de-France
- 2025: The DRIEETS IDF and PEXE are conducting a pilot project on the social aspects of human resources. This project targets managers of eco-companies in Île-de-France with fewer than 250 employees.
